Hinterland @ Home is designed for people who need meaningful support, but can’t step away for a full residential stay. It blends two on-site intensives at Hinterland with structured at-home sessions, so you can create real change while staying connected to your life, work, and responsibilities.

Program Overview

6 Days Over 6 Weeks

Phase 1 — On-site Intensive (1 day)

Begin at Hinterland with an initial assessment and a tailored plan, including QEEG brain mapping, IV therapy and key neurotechnology sessions to regulate and stabilise.

Phase 2 — Guided At-home Support (4 days)

Continue with structured, clinician-led sessions delivered via secure video consults. These sessions focus on regulation, integration, and rebuilding capacity in real time.

Phase 3 — On-site Completion (1 day)

Return to Hinterland for your final QEEG mapping, outcomes review, and a personalised plan for maintaining progress moving forward.
